Cameron and Lee in the Service Dept are a credit to themselves and Unity, thank you both. I was wary about entrusting a fix of my 16-yr-old occasional use Dodge SUV (also drive an MGZS EV) to a luxury niche dealership almost 70 miles away, yet it's the closest with the necessary diagnostics and calibration equipment. Far from an aloof hard-sell to scrap my car in favour of almost anything on the forecourt and shiny in the impressive showroom, the customer service remains exemplary from first phone call. A complication due to third-party component supply will entail a third visit. However, beyond a loan car which was really welcome, Cameron's and Lee's calm and helpful approach to try to resolve matters is greatly appreciated. I was briefly in the trade 30 years ago and, having run ventures in other sectors, now heading up a team of business advisors, I have perspective to praise 'extra mile' skills, attitude and practical assistance. Such professionalism means that, beyond servicing needs, Unity will be uppermost in mind when I come to choose my next car. Well done, guys 🙌 Like

I part exchanged my car for a nearly-new Subaru. The new car was nicely prepared and ready on time. The process was painless and old-fashioned in all the right ways - integrity, not pushy, immediately adapted to how I like to do it and frankly, quite enjoyable. Rich drove a hard bargain (that is his role after all!) but we got to a deal in the end. I had to return to get a little programming done (to change some preferences that aren't available through the touch-screen) but that was easily achieved, at no cost to me while I waited comfortably in the showroom with a coffee and used a bit of WiFi. My wife has bought Subarus and had them serviced here before and I'm pleased to join the fold!

I made a service booking with the very helpful, polite and efficient Service Manager James to investigate and diagnose an intermittent O/S/F headlight on my MG6. On arrival, James met me at the service desk and quickly moved the car into the workshop where Saffy carefully checked and corrected the fault. Collected our MG HS from here and have to say wow what a garage. We went to a few other garages and manufacturers before looking at the HS and thanks to Sanjay we decided to go to this garage even though it wasn't local and we haven't regretted it. Sanjay really is amazing he reserved the car for us on our word over the phone so we could go and take a look a few days later and we fell in love with it so decided to go for it. We had an adaption fitted to the vehicle and again this was done smoothly thanks to the customer service from Unity. Collection was also just as good and went smoothly. We have now had the car for 5 months at the time of writing this review and have covered just over 2300 miles without a hitch. Cannot recommend this garage and Sanjay enough they have made going out possible again on my better days and thanks to the adaption I even managed 2 small outings myself 😊

Veejay and Jack are an asset to Unity. I had to find a decent replacement for my ST that was stolen a few months prior. I travelled quite far to find the right car. Nothing was too much trouble and right from the first contact i felt that they shared my excitement at getting my new car. With most dealerships I've had contact with through the years I have felt they do the generic phone calls to get the sale and seem pushy. But at Unity, there was no pressure to do anything and I felt that they genuinely wanted the best for me when purchasing my car. They go above and beyond and I highly recommend them

I had a great experience purchasing a black demo MG4 EV from Unity MG in Coventry. The car itself is fantastic and one of the best cars I've ever driven (and I've driven quite a few over the years so this is high praise). I'd also like to give a special mention to Angel who sold me the car and went the extra mile for me by hand delivering the Type 2 charging cable and MG4 car mats (which were part of the deal) in person because they hadn't arrived at the dealership in time for me when I was due to collect the car - which was no fault of the dealership. It's taken me sometime to write this review, however this was due to us wanting to see how we enjoyed our Outback. I have got to say I have never enjoyed a dealership experience until now that is, with Richard and Jonny there was no hard sell, we mentioned what we were looking for and our budget and we were totally satisfied on both counts. Mo Butt the sales person was very knowledgeable about the cars and very helpful while we test drove one car and checked over a number of others. After a very bad experience with a dealership in Leicester we decided to have our MG HS serviced at Unity MG Coventry. It turns out that excellent customer care and service isn't a thing of the past after all. James couldn't do enough for us and even saved us money by pointing out that we had AA breakdown cover courtesy of MG (something the Leicester dealership couldn't be bothered to mention). I've left my review of this dealership for almost a year due to the circumstances surrounding the purchase of a Jeep Wrangler from them in September 2018. I had seen many jeeps but specifically wanted a white one and having almost bought one in Northampton, which wasn't white but was very nice. It was advertised with a two year warranty but after the dealers tried to con me into one of six month duration I saw the white one advertised at Unity Leicester, which I bought. There were a couple of seemingly major faults with the Jeep when I picked it up: firstly the front and rear proximity sensor alarm stayed on permanently when it rained, the service warning light was permanently illuminated and later there was an ABS fault. I wanted to see if I'd bought a lemon, hence the review time delay. Suffice it to state, unequivocally that I haven't, which is in itself brilliant. However, the real reason I've now decided to post this review is because it cannot be stressed enough how honest and how helpful the Directors, Staff and especially Chris, the Manager was during the process of sorting the problems, even at one stage agreeing without argument to my demand to reject the car, which ultimately I chose not to do and have not regretted since. I hate buying used cars, it's a nightmare and I've bought a few dogs in the past. This feeling was compounded by the fact that I'd spent £27k and the car was faulty. These guys seem to care and seem to want to help and in this, they're a cut above the usual patronising, dismissive used car salesmen. I'm a happy man.

The service I received was more than excellent. The staff were extremely helpful especially Sonia and the engineers who worked on my car. Cross Roads garage fixed my vehicle and kept it for some time while the financial ombudsman made investigations about my case against the car dealer who I bought the vehicle from, including allowing an inspection by an independent engineer of the faults on the vehicle on the behalf of the other party. The vehicle was basically unroad worthy it was only 3 years old and developed faults a week after purchase. Cross Roads garage were very helpful for the ombudsman to come to a favourable conclusion on my behalf. The vehicle is now repaired and is in an excellent condition thanks to all involved.
