UNITY'S COVID-19 RESPONSE


Perfecting our contact less service to all of our customers has been our highest priority. It is our aim to protect our customers from any unnecessary risk, so provisions have been made within Unity Group to increase our staffing levels of drivers to improve our collection and delivery service during this period. Our drivers have been trained to follow a strict hygiene policy, and whilst your car is with us for servicing, maintenance or repairs our technicians not only wear gloves but also are equipped with the materials to ensure your vehicle is returned to you hygienically clean. This is standard practice and there is no additional charge for this service. Please feel free to take advantage of this service when you book in with our service department.

For vehicle sales, we have prepared our used vehicles for delivery, meaning in most cases, little more than a final valet is required in order for a vehicle to be made available to you. If you are interested in a specific new or used vehicle we can now send you your own tailored video of your ideal new vehicle. If you also have a vehicle to part exchange, we can run through a ‘virtual appraisal’ with you and your new vehicle will be delivered to you when convenient for you. If you prefer to visit us, you are of course most welcome – our showrooms and facilities are regularly cleaned with alcohol based anti bacterial solutions and products throughout the day, constantly. Our staff are following strict instructions regarding hygiene and our strict company policies help minimise any risk to our customers. If you would prefer to visit us during quieter periods or opt for an evening appointment, this to is available to you. We understand we are in an unusual trading environment at present, so please don’t hesitate to advise us of your preferences. All of our new and used vehicles go through a strict sanitisation treatment before being displayed on our forecourt, again before you test drive and again before you take delivery. This can be evidenced by video or in person if you so wish.

Any parts or accessories required can be sent to you in the mail or delivered in our vans by our team of drivers, who also follow a strict protocol to ensure all possible steps have been taken to protect you from any unnecessary risk.
