We hope all of our customers, friends and suppliers are staying healthy and well. This message is to update you on the Unity plan of action for now and the short term future.
Whilst showrooms are still presently closed, our workshops remain open at Tredington and Oxford, where we can offer you a safe and secure maintenance service for those requiring mobility and of course for our key workers. For servicing and maintenance requirements, bookings are being handled centrally, so please call 01608 661544 and we will be delighted to assist.
Parts supply is also available for all brands centrally, please call 01608 661544 for any parts or accessory requirements you may have.For vehicle sales, we now offer an end to end, contactless vehicle purchasing operation with greater facilities also on the way soon.
Here's how it works:
Simply select your preferred vehicle here, and you are free to use our vehicle valuation service here to obtain an indication of your current vehicles value.
Use our vehicle finance calculator here to tailor your preferred monthly repayment.
You then have the option to reserve your preferred vehicle for just £99 for a limited period.
You will then be contacted by a member of our sales team to finalise details, assist you with any questions or requirements you may have.
If you wish to purchase your new vehicle in cash, we will provide our bank details to allow easy payment. If you wish to finance your new vehicle, a finance proposal will be obtained, submitted to the relevant lender and once approved an edoc pack will be sent to you via email, for you to sign and return via email or secure link from home. Some of our lenders have ‘click to sign’ and e-signature, making the process very quick, easy yet secure.
Your vehicle will then be prepared for your delivery. This entails any servicing or maintenance requirements be carried out before delivery Once finished in our workshops, your new vehicle will receive a full valet. For the vehicle interior a full sanitisation process will be undertaken, meaning a deep clean of all interior surfaces of the vehicle are cleaned comprehensively with our alcohol based cleaning products. This includes steering wheel, transmission shifter, door handles inside and out, dashboard, audio touchscreens, seat adjustment controls and seat belts just as an example.
It is our commitment to you, that we offer a safe and secure service at all times.
The final step will be the delivery of your new vehicle, pre-arranged to your front door with our trailer delivery service. All paperwork will be done prior to delivery, so there is nothing to do other than leave us the documentation for your vehicle along with the keys and your new vehicle will be handed to you securely, with respectful social distancing, a final wipe down of the touch surfaces with our delivery drivers sanitisation wipes, and your new vehicle is now ready for you and your family to enjoy.
