Vehicle Servicing/Maintenance/Repairs

Our workshops can remain open for all usual facilities. This includes scheduled servicing, repairs, diagnostics and M.O.Ts. All existing bookings will remain confirmed. Please contact your preferred or local Unity dealership for bookings or further information. Due to travel restrictions and COVID security, it may not be possible for us to offer our usual collection and delivery service, but we are committed to helping our customers in any way we can so please contact us if you are experiencing difficulties in getting your vehicle to us. Vehicle Parts

Our parts departments will revert to individual sites handling parts enquires and parts sales as opposed to via our centralised system for the foreseeable. Parts requests are best handled by telephone enquiry where possible please. We can offer an express mail delivery for certain parts or click & collect if you prefer. Our parts team will be delighted to assist. Trade parts sales will also to continue to operate as normal.

Vehicle Sales

Unfortunately, our showrooms have to remain closed for visits from November 5th, however our sales facilities are still fully functional for ‘click and collect’ and online purchasing channels. We can offer you video walkarounds of our new and used vehicles, online chat via zoom to interact with our sales executives, online ‘end to end’ vehicle purchasing solutions and free delivery via our ‘truck and trailer’ wherever possible. We can offer you an easy & convenient ‘contactless purchasing method’ for your peace of mind. Unity COVID Procedure

Our premises have an easily identifiable ‘one way’ system throughout. You will find sanitisation stations by our premises entrances and at various points inside. We have ‘track and trace’ QR codes easily visible by entrances and exits for your use.

Our showroom facilities will be cleaned with anti-bacterial products regularly throughout the day for your peace of mind and security. We can offer you a contactless solution for if you wish to simply ‘drop your vehicle in’ with us for repairs or servicing.

When we handle your vehicle, be it for servicing requirements or pre- purchase, our staff will wear face masks and rubber gloves and your vehicle will be fully sanitised for you in readiness for collection. Our sanitisation products are some of the best available and this element will be strictly enforced to a very high standard for your peace of mind.
