It performs better where it matters, with incredible stability and grip. Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane Keep Assist are standard as part of the EyeSight system. With LED headlights, keyless entry, a powered tailgate and Apple CarPlay & Android Auto also available as standard, you can have it all.
Boxy and classically proportioned, the Forester is an authentic 4x4. Yet it’s clearly no old-timer with LED headlights, generous body lines and a gorgeous interior. The cabin is plusher than ever with leather upholstery and an 8.5” touchscreen available.
Comfortable and refined on the road. Uncompromising off-road. The Forester strikes that perfect balance and is powered by a new 2.5 Boxer petrol engine paired with an upgraded Lineartronic Continuously Variable Transmission for smooth progress.
Comfortably transport five adult passengers or two child seats with an ISOFIX base. The boot is absolutely huge with over 500-litres of luggage space, expanding to over 1,600-litres if you fold the rear seats. A powered tailgate is available as standard.
Living with it
The DriverFocus system is brilliant if more than one-person drives. It recognises who is in the driver’s seat and adjusts the seat and mirrors to them automatically. Elsewhere, there’s features like keyless entry and satellite navigation to make life easy.
