  4. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our vehicle range, including features, benefits, and specifications, to confidently convey the value proposition to clients.
  5. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, striving to maximise revenue and profitability.
  6. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to maintain a competitive edge.


  1. Proven track record in B2B and commercial vehicle sales, preferably in the automotive industry or related fields.
  2. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  3. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic approach to sales.
  5. A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
