Parts Managers

The role suits proactive individuals with Franchised Parts experience. You will need to be highly motivated, able to monitor and manage staff within your Department, front and back of house.

You will need to have a clear understanding of stock control, warranty processes and work closely with the Dealer Principal to increase standards and profitability.

Confidence and attention to detail plays a large part in this role and although previous Management experience is not essential, you will need a Parts background and be able to adapt to an ever changing environment.
